L'Associazione Culturale Stephen Heller | L'Art de phraser è  un Centro Internazionale di Performing Arts fondato da Ljuba Moiz  nel 2023, che ne è attualmente Presidente e Direttore Artistico, dedicato alla riscoperta del famosissimo compositore, pianista e didatta ungherese Stephen Heller (1813-1888) e  alla valorizzazione di rinomati  e importanti musicisti, didatti, artisti e personaggi del passato e contemporanei che si sono ispirati all’arte del fraseggio musicale inteso a: " former au sentiment du rythme et à l'expression", con l’intento di creare eventi e progetti culturali anche in connessione con tutte le forme di espressione artistica, poetica, letteraria e paesaggistica in itinerari culturali intimamente connessi all’emozione e ai richiami e alle sincronie tra secoli passati e la contemporaneità.

The Stephen Heller Cultural Association | L'Art de phraser is an International Performing Arts Center founded by Ljuba Moiz in 2023, who is currently President and Artistic Director, dedicated to the rediscovery of the very famous Hungarian composer, pianist and teacher Stephen Heller (1813-1888) and to the valorization of renowned and important musicians, teachers, artists and personalities of the past and present who have been inspired by the art of musical phrasing intended to: "former au sentiment du rythme et à l'expression", with the aim of creating cultural events and projects also in connection with all forms of artistic, poetic, literary and landscape expression in cultural itineraries intimately connected to the emotion the and synchronies between past centuries and the contemporary.
